With a height of 6’8” tall, this ford transit connect has a cargo space of 143 cubic feet, handles loads up to 6.5 ft length and 4.7 ft width. During a survey on this car, many small business persons expressed the car is a perfect one for their daily requirements. Though this car resembles a heavy truck, it is comparatively easier to park and also has a better MPG, Mile per Gallon. One of the car review website greencarreports.com reports that the Transit Connect would successfully fly off well in the market.
Now, let’s see how USA and Europe reacts for this launch. Regarding Europe, the Cars with diesel engine is doing well. So the Transit connect will be a popular one. But in USA, it is just the contra. Diesel Engines are not used in USA as they are loud, smelly and give out large amount of fumes and have more content of creating airborne pollution. The difference between USA and Europe is the nitrogen oxide emission. The rate of emission in USA is 0.7 grams per mile where as in Europe it is 0.29. Ford can make a consideration on this and launch cars that can be accepted in all the countries.
